We’ve rented from Ricky for years and multiple houses. This house was perfect for our family who’s spread across WA to visit. The kitchen is open and large, and has a nice big dining room. I highly recommend renting from Ricky. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a park across the street. We will definitely rent again the next family get together

This house was perfect for long term stay. My employees stayed here for over 6 months as opposed to hotels. Description as described, extremely clean, plenty of parking. Yuan was the perfect host, always responsive. Would highly recommend.

It was the perfect space for our extended family to gather. There were play equipment and toys for the littles and comfortable areas for the adults to visit and have our family meals.

I am a frequent traveler to the Milwaukie area, where my daughter and her family live. I have stayed in many wonderful properties, and this is one of my favorites. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The number of beds and bathrooms made it perfect for our group--everyone had plenty of space. The location was also ideal, with easy access to downtown Portland and everything we wanted to do. Communication was smooth, and check-in was a breeze! Ricky was VERY accommodating and a super host!!

This was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The house was exactly as described—spotless, comfortable, and well taken care of. The host was extremely responsive and made the whole process smooth and easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Ricky’s home was perfect for my 3 kids and extended family to stay in. Many comfortable beds and clean spaces. A coffee pot and Keurig were used every day. It was nice having a bedroom on the bottom floor for my handicap husband to not have to use the stairs. My kids enjoyed the park right across from the house.

Great house! Very spacious! It was perfect for our trip for my son's wedding! We needed 5 bedrooms. Kitchen is stocked and easy to cook a meal in. 3 bathrooms was a bonus! Laundry and Pool and ping pong in the garage is great as well! Host are quick to respond and very informative. Would to stay again!

Great place, great location, responsive host. The house was just as described. The location was close to most of Portland, Mt.Hood, Silver State Falls, and much more. The house rules and check-out instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and would 100% recommend this house for your next stay.

He was very responsive within a few minutes and the house was very beautiful.Lots of nice views of trees and very peaceful.The house provided all the essentials one needs and I highly recommend going here if you are in the aloha area!!
