We had a pleasant stay at Yuan's. The area nearby has a local park, great for kids, and just a quarter mile down the greenbelt, a very hikable trail. All in all the stay was great.

Amazing house great for big family and guests! We were in town for wedding and we had such great time sitting around the outside fire and relaxing in the hot tub!

First thing we noticed when we walked into the house was it was very clean and the temperature was set perfect. Every room was perfectly clean. This was a great place to stay I do recommend to anyone coming to visit Portland for work or pleasure.

Ricky’s place was absolutely perfect for our family. We came to Washington for a family reunion. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed to make breakfasts and snacks before heading out for the day (which saved us money!). The great room was comfortable to hang out in, but also having the pool table and the beautiful outdoor deck area enabled us all to spread out and relax however we wanted. The sauna was amazing after a full day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this Airbnb and this host!

This was the perfect base for our family to explore Portland and the surrounding area! We saved money by not staying right in the city, and the pool table kept our teenagers occupied and happy during the evenings. The nice back yard was a great place to have meals and sit and paint the beautiful sunset. The beds were very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. A very safe, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a large gathering. It fit all our needs and Ricky was a great host. He was responsive and helpful. Even better was a school right behind the house with a playground and field where our kids got to play with the neighborhood kids and joined in a fun kickball game. Ricky also listed out some great places to eat and grabbing groceries was super close. All in all, would definitely recommend the place.

Ricky‘s place was spotless and was just as described, communication was a breeze. The location was easy to find it is close to the river, public transportation, a walking trail and everything else that we wanted to do. Located at the end of a cul -de -sac the location was extremely peaceful and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. Stay here you won’t regret it.

This AirBnB was exactly as described with ample space for the six of us. The house was spotless, there was a well stocked pantry which is greatly appreciated, and as an extra perk, there was a hidden stash of board games in the ottoman. The neighborhood is quiet with nearby walking paths and a few of the woods. There is a garage but we just used the ample street parking. We’d gladly come back.

Overall had a great stay. No complaints or issues. Place was clean and functional. Yuan even purchased a new microwave right away after being informed the one in the house had stopped working properly, and she had it delivered the very next day. Good value for the money if you have a large group wanting to stay together without spending a lot of money. Given the size of the place it did feel cramped with over 9 people, but can't complain given what we paid.

Stayed here for a youth soccer tournament, Clash at the Border. Great location to all stores and restaurants, just a short drive over from PDX! Very responsive hosts, would stay there again!
